Approved participants must report first to the San Bernardino Airport International Terminal for check-in, access verification, safety briefing, and controlled movement to the Norton Test Range.

Access to the Norton Test Range is limited to individuals with an approved role in the performance test and scenario validation exercise. No individual is authorized to proceed directly to the test site unless specifically directed by the Norton Test Range Manager, or designated range personnel.
